  I went in for an online pickup in December, and the customer service was disappointing. After being told to wait in the online pickup area for assistance, I watched multiple customers who arrived after me get greeted and helped immediately, it wasn’t that busy either. They made me stand and wait while they assisted others. It wasn’t until I became visibly irritated—after seeing everyone else get serviced while some employees just stood around—that I decided to approach someone. Right as I did, someone finally asked if I needed help. It is well-known that Sephora treats Black customers differently, so I’m not entirely surprised. The only positive thing I can say is at least I didn’t wait 30 minutes but I truly do believe they would had forgotten about me and never helped me if I never took the initiative.

  I had a great experience shopping for perfume here. Cam helped me narrow down what types of scents I like and I was able to pick out something I loved. Everyone else was also super nice and helpful! Great location.

  I hope management sees this. Want to give a shout out to Arianna who is always super sweet, helpful, patient, etc. She truly knows the ins and outs/policies/products/all the things! I’ve been a long time shopper of Sephora and while I don’t agree at all with the 30 day return policy, associates like Arianna make coming to your location a very pleasant experience. Please make sure she gets acknowledged for being a super associate!

  I have been shopping here for years. I never had a problem and about two weeks ago, I booked an appointment to get my makeup done and they canceled on me last minute with spam calls, spam voicemails, ignorance, an attitude, and overall just like immature. When I called back after they spammed me, the girl had a big attitude and wasn’t talking to me nicely. She was being rude. She was like oh you can go to King of Prussia at five like that won’t work for me. I booked at 10:45. Why would I book a 5 o’clock Instead? And I just thought it was very rude that they canceled last minute. I would be ok if they canceled like a week before like a couple days like five or six days before so I can go somewhere else and get my makeup done, but they canceled the morning of like literally like two hours before. This was for my 16th birthday photo shoot and it was special for me and now I’m going to have to have crappy makeup in it. Thanks for ruining my photo shoot I won’t be shopping here anymore and i recommend not to book here one of my friends also got cancelled on last minute so unless you want to be scrambling last minute to get your makeup done somewhere dont go here especially for services.

  Elise was an amazing help choose cologne's! I showed her a cologne I got in Italy and the description and she chose "the one" on her first try! We then tried on a few more fragrances as alternatives but nothing could beat the first one! I also picked a nostalgic fragrance as well. Elise is great.
