My son and I both went total was $43 and with a $10 tip each was $63 I didn’t look close enough at the end which is my mistake, but will never make that mistake again. Lesson learned.
- ISIlana StukalJun 8, 20231.0I came in for a simple haircut, nothing more. My hairdresser Maddie seemed pleasant so I didn’t think anything would go wrong. At the end of my haircut she mentioned that she had thinned out my hair a little in the back because it’s very thick but she didn’t want to thin it out too much without my permission. I didn’t want it thinned out in the first place and I never gave her permission to do so. When she first said this I didn’t quite register what she’d done because I would’ve never imagined this happening. I’ve never had this happen at any other salon. She may have said she only thinned my hair out a little but it’s sure enough for me to notice the difference the next day and I’m not happy.

I called a week later to have it redone, and when I came in for my redo appointment they informed me that the same stylist would have to cut my hair again. I tried to ask for someone else but the receptionist was rude and unsympathetic. The stylist wasn't even there yet and I waited 10 more minutes for her to even show up. When she didn't, I walked out. RUDE employees. Plus her area was dirty with hair everywhere.
