  I'm giving 1 star based on my personal haircut, which is horrific. I wanted a bob, showed pictures, and explained, and now I have a flapper girls cut, which I can't even do anything with because it's too short to even fix. Now I just have to let it grow out and pray that I can find someone to fix it in a month, when I have some length to work with. Lillian hacked ALL of my already short hair off, and I went to the bathroom when the cut was done to cry. Unfortunately, I couldn't do a lot, because my son was still getting his hair done. Lisa, on the other hand, who did my sons haircut and wave, did a stellar job! He looks adorable and he loves it! I however, am devastated that I have to go to work, and the store, and my children's school looking like I do for the next several weeks. Be careful who you visit at this salon

  the worst service ever. DONT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE!!! they completely messed up my balayage and when i asked them to fix it the manager REFUSED. she said she didn’t see anything wrong with it while it looked like i got my whole head highlighted, not balayage. it was the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. I paid $170 for something i hated and was only charged $115 for the same service at a much better higher end salon.
