Not only was in incredibly inappropriate for her to be making rude comments about how they weren't tipping on their services but went as far as to shout that she wouldn't be doing the event the following year because not enough veterans were tipping on their services. When I went back for a refund for my hair that was butchered by the manager she threatened to hit me and told me she didn't do refunds. I was not rude in anyway. I mearly asked for a refund since I had to go somewhere else for my hair to be fixed. That was when she threatened me to get out of her store and she didn't do refunds. I was a regular customer here since the place opened on Buffalo rd and my entire family will never be returning after how disrespectful and disgusting this interaction was. The new people in this location will ruin your hair and then threaten you when you ask for a refund. Be mindful of who you're taking your children too because this place is horrible.

I normally get my hair done at the salon at Walmart but they were booked out until about 2p and I was in a time crunch so that wasn't feasible. I called Great Clips to see if I'd be able to be fit in today, and that we're able to confirm and then directed me to checking in online—which was fast and easy! I had a very short wait despite how busy it was when I first walked in, and Melissa was absolutely amazing! She styled my hair for my brother-in-law's wedding today and made me feel absolutely beautiful! Everyone was so friendly and happy to help—I truly think I found my new favorite salon!
