During that visit, I asked about their keratin treatment, and they told me it would help smooth the hair since her hair was damaged . Based on that, we decided to do the keratin this time. However, there was absolutely no difference in her hair afterward. When I called, they said their keratin doesn’t make hair smooth and only helps with styling — something they never mentioned before. I expected smoother, softer hair like any proper keratin treatment should deliver. This was disappointing and misleading. Honest communication should be given upfront, especially for paid treatments
