She was very nice with my son and made sure it was cut the way I wanted it. The one that cut my daughter's (21) hair not good at all. My daughter is very shy and doesn't like to speak for herself. She told me about her experience in the car. The lady shot down every haircut she showed her and even went as far as to say she would look like a boy. She said she didn't speak to her the whole time or ask how it looked. She just took off cape when she was done. She wanted a skin fade on sides and back and it definitely was not short enough. She didn't blow the hair off her ears or neck. She had to take shower because of all the hair left behind her ears. I explained to my daughter she should have said something but my daughter doesn't like to say something that might make someone mad or upset. I paid for both haircuts at same time even though my daughter wasn't done yet and tipped as well but definitely would not have tipped as much. I know my daughter is an adult but Momma bear had to say something.

Today 11/23 I’m there at 9:30 the first one waiting u til 10am another older lady came about 10 min til and she gets out her car to wait so finally I get out which makes me 2nd now. Another gentleman and his son comes after me. Now you cannot check in due to not being opened. We finally go inside and they take the lady and then get my info so I’m 2nd . The young lady gets the guy with his son after me which makes him 3rd . But she skips over me and takes the guy instead. This was so rude because 1 you cannot make appointments and it’s in order unless you check in online which no one could . May have to switch up where I go for cuts after all these years of using great clips no matter what state I’m in. And you can tell she was wrong because even the other work looked because she seen the order we came in.
