The stylist refused my request for layers stating she can’t do it, barely cut my hair, and left it looking unfinished and uneven,didn’t even blow dry my hairs.What made it worse.I had a $9.99 coupon that was expiring that same day and i knew i could use it.She told me it was not valid and that I could not use it. But at checkout, I could clearly see on the screen that the coupon had been applied, and then she removed it. I could literally see it happen from my side. That felt completely dishonest.Very unprofessional, dismissive, and careless. I left feeling frustrated and ripped off. Avoid this place.She charged me $23 instead of $9.99.

I am very pleased with the very short wait time, efficiency in getting the job done expeditiously and making sure you are happy by totally turning you all the way around in your chair so you can see how the hair lays perfectly in symmetry all the way around. I highly recommend this Salon to everyone. I have been going here for 2 years now and always walk out 100%++++++++Happy!!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
