They profiled my husband and stated that he isn’t allowed to use my rewards account when trying to Christmas shop. However he’s done this for about 10 plus years now. So he left without purchasing. Others in line disagreed with how she spoke to him and put down their items and left as well.

All of your staff members are great, but I will look for Regina specifically on my next shopping excursion! Update: Went back to Sephora for something I needed. Just got excellent service from Megan. She was so helpful and kind! Now I will look for either Regina or Megan! Both great!!
- MMMackenzie MaceNov 18, 20255.0I love going here rather than any other location. The Willow Grove store is technically closer to me but I’d rather drive the extra miles to go to this store. The employees here are all super nice and actually take the time to help you rather than the other stores.
