The neck line can’t really get more crooked and disjointed. Also probably an inch higher than any standard haircut. Contacted the Corporate customer service team and they were very responsive saying that the Downingtown Franchisee / Owner would contact me timely. Never happened. So, bye forever, great clips. I’ll never step foot in any location again.
