They took me back to this tiny closet of a room and I laid on the table with no blanket on me and it was super cold. The aesthetician was inexperienced and ended up using a product I was allergic to after I explicitly told them not to. It was my first time trying this and I didn't like it at all (felt claustrophobic and uncomfortable). The aesthetician left the room and there was no call button or anything. It is also wildly expensive. It was over $300 for a terrible facial! Avoid this scam of a place at all costs. Edit: someone from the spa called me and assumed I went to a different location (basically calling me a liar) and then said they wanted to make it right still (but why would you try to make it right if I didn't even go to this location?) Nope, it was this location and now I'm definitely never giving it a second chance.
