Not only did I wait a horrendous amount of time for him to get taken back , but then they rushed through my son’s haircut , leaving long uneven pieces and did not blend the sides correctly . This place used to be the only place I trusted with my entire families cuts . Do better Greatclips .

Even after my daughter apologized and explained she had been hospitalized due to depression. Also important to note that I had brushed her hair this morning. The only knots were from playing at school gym. She had no business lecturing her for an hour about how it's ' not that hard to brush your hair' We will not be returning.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
