Carmella first did my eyebrows then onto eyeliner then my lips., all very subtle and made my makeup look enhanced.. fast forward 20 years later and I am back at her beautiful studio to have my brows refreshed as they lasted 20 years.. If you are thinking about permanent makeup I highly recommend Carmella
