I walked in for a hair wash and a blowout she did accommodate me so that was good but after the service my hair did not feel freshly washed at all. It was a bit sticky when it’s supposed to be soft after a wash. Felt the lady was a bit rude too. I mean i get it, it was the holidays but then if you’re offering a service might as well it be good.

She showed me how to blow dry my hair without using a brush!!! I was absolutely over the moon with the outcome !!! Will definite be returning to see Lynn again!
- MTMelissa TempestDec 21, 20255.0I made a last minute appointment and honestly (I haven’t had great experiences with Hair Cuttery in the past but not this location specifically). I work full time and have no time to myself normally as I have a four year old. The salon was decorated pretty for the holiday, organized, and clean. I immediately was greeted by Daphne, my stylist, with a friendly wave and to come on back. She asked me what I was looking for and helped me with her honest and educated opinion on the questions I had, and got me a price of my service (when some stylists do not) and I think that is a great practice to be within a clients budget. She was talkative and kind throughout my service. I asked about my concern with my dry scalp and Daphne made a great product recommendation that I am excited to try while mentioning I had $10 coupon off of a product, then providing me a punch card for earning more rewards with booking future visits. I booked my next appointment with Daphne in about a month and I am excited to go back. I felt like a million bucks and highly recommend making an appointment with Daphne😊

However, I felt like my cut was rushed due to the fact they were busy which made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable to tell the stylist about my hair so I just went with it and accepted the cut.
