She walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident before starting. They also applied numbing cream beforehand, which made the treatment even more comfortable. The whole experience felt professional, calm, and very well cared for. You can tell they truly prioritize their clients’ comfort and safety. I’m so glad I chose this spa and will definitely be returning.
