    I had a haircut appointment with Fatima, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. We began with a consultation where she provided great advice on hair care, color matching, and the steps we needed to take—like trimming a few inches for healthier growth. She recommended castor oil for hair growth, so I decided to buy it, and she also suggested conditioners and a hair routine to keep my hair healthy. Fatima introduced me to different treatments, explaining their benefits, but also encouraged me to research them on my own before deciding. We then scheduled a follow-up appointment for the actual haircut and coloring. She carefully color-matched my hair to blend seamlessly with my natural shade, washed it out, applied heat protectant, and finished with a gorgeous blowout. I absolutely loved the final result! Fatima is incredibly skilled, knows exactly what she’s doing, and gives fantastic advice. My friends all complimented my hair, and throughout the process, she was so kind and professional. I trusted her expertise completely, and she exceeded my expectations! I would 100% recommend her to all my friends and will definitely be coming back!

    This place is dead. Online they say they are open. I was waiting 30 minutes and nobody came to the front desk. I had to look for someone inside the JC Penney to contact a hairdresser. When she finally showed up, she told me she had a doctor appointment. What a waste of time!
