- KCKira ChristianDec 29, 20255.0Jennifer did an amazing job on my hair. I asked for 2 inches off and angling at the bottom of my hair and she listened to exactly what I wanted. I feel like 2 inches usually ends up being 4 inches but Jennifer cut exactly 2 inches. I ended up wanting it shorter and she happily took another inch off despite finishing up with the full hair cut already and it being busy. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

Then turns around and said she wouldn't take my husband which would of been a simple cut and my son again simple high and tight. Dont recommend this place!
- HPHina PatelNov 1, 20251.0Hi … first time after many years, i am totally disappointed with hair dresser Jennifer. I liked my hair length. I told her i wanted to keep same hair style & just needed a trim. In my conversation, i was just mentioning that i wanted to to do something different. Maybe add little bit mor to my light layers which were there and was just saying, maybe deepen. I was just saying would like to but told her originally to keep my light layers and trim. She misunderstood and really chopped off my long hair into short deep layers to my light layer which i asked to trim. I was just having conversations that i don't what else to do to my hair so … she just chopped good amount from bottom to top and looks very choppy. I am extremely upset w/ my hair cut and don't know how to grow back to what i had. Soooo very disappointed, upset, and feeling Sad every time i go colm haircin the morning.. i am not able to get over what has happened to my hair and very Sad, upset, & overwhelmed… she really needed to slow down and ask me is that what i wanted to do instead of just start cutting off very quickly …👎

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
