I left immediately and will purchase online it’s a customer service role employees have rude faces and are flat out rude. such a shame since it’s so close to me but definitely need better employees

Please come to this Sephora if you want to have to help yourself find your shade, be ignored, and be stared at by associates while you struggle. The associates seemed to be more interested in having side conversations than helping the customers. I suggest going to the Sephora in Suburban Square, KOP, or anywhere but here.

I noticed they were not asking others. Just for walking around. I was about to purchase but then decided to put everything back.
