- LALori Anne3 days ago5.0I have been coming to Haircuttery for over 2 decades. Everyone is pleasant and accommodating. Maria is my Master Stylist and always makes you feel like family and does a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair!
- SSSophia5 days ago1.0I came today for a layer cut, I came out with the worst haircut of my life. The ends were choppy, there was a strand of hair longer than the rest, one side of my hair didn't match up with the other, and the Stylist seemed annoyed the whole time and didn't pay enough attention to what my hair would look like after. It felt more like she wanted the money and to make me leave as soon as possible, even after my grandma gave her a tip she snatched it and barely even looked at my grandma. Horrible experience, I'm going to Dawn to fix my hair

However, Maria and the saloon manager (I did not get her name) were both fantastic and rectified the issue. I noticed some hair was missed behind my son's ear so asked Also to fix it. It took me 5 times of pointing it out and it still wasn't fixed. He said "well my clippers wont get there" and acted super annoyed tha he had to cut my sons hair. I kindly asked Maria to jump in and help and she ended up fixing not only that spot behind the ear but fixing some jacked up lines and evened out the top. She was amazing. Will never see Aldo again and will not recommend. Maria- thank you for entertaining my younger son and also fixing my older son! You are the best.
