  Service was terrible. No one was helpful or even greeted us at the door. We asked multiple associates for help. They were dismissive and quite frankly very rude. Please come to this Sephora if you want to have to help yourself find your shade, be ignored, and be stared at by associates while you struggle. The associates seemed to be more interested in having side conversations than helping the customers. I suggest going to the Sephora in Suburban Square, KOP, or anywhere but here.

  I will definitely agree about the comment on harassment. They followed me around and ask if you need anything multiple times within a few minutes. I noticed they were not asking others. Just for walking around. I was about to purchase but then decided to put everything back.

  Some of the workers here are very friendly and helpful. Others act as though working there and assisting you is an inconvenience. The other week, I walk in and a worker immediately came off with the energy that she felt I might steal something even though I had done nothing to prompt this behavior. She followed me around the store and kept her eye on me when I was just trying to shop and browse. Please have your workers be mindful of how they come off. I felt very rushed and like I couldn’t enjoy myself. I’m 31 but look younger, I don’t know if this is what prompted this reaction but either way it is not kind or professional.
