But I'm trying to do better. The woman cutting my hair was polite at first, but she started to get frustrated brushing some knots out of my hair. I apologize to her and said next time I'll make sure it gets taking it. Then she stopped cutting my hair and said she can't cut my hair unless I had it washed. I asked he if it was necessary and she replied saying "obviously"! It was very uncomfortable getting flustered. I didn't want to do the wash and conditioner because I didn't want to spend the money. But she insisted. I felt so embarrassed and felt ashamed of myself. I really didn't have the money to spend on additional add ons. I didn't realize it until the cut was over but she cut too much off. I guess she had to start the haircut all over again. It's too short for my liking. My scalp felt numb and I just felt awful. 😒😔😓

She is not just professional she is very friendly and that made the experience even better.
