Careful and considerate nurses. Amazing massage chairs. Willingness to adjust timing to meet my schedule. Offers for by-appointment sessions outside of the booking app. Booking app works great. Lots of appointment reminders. Not cheap but memberships reduce that per-visit cost and there’s a willingness to negotiate if you’re on the fence about a new service. An important part of any athlete’s recovery cycle, particularly if you’re older or training hard.
