I’ve never seen my 83-year-old mom’s hair styled so beautifully, and we’ve been to many salons. Fal was kind, efficient, and very caring throughout. Don’t underestimate a franchise — it’s all about the stylist, and Fal is exceptional. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!
