Also since when did minimum tip amount in suggestion start from 25%??? They are literally scamming you when it comes to tip. Their tip suggestion goes from 25-50% I think. Wow. I should quite my job and join great clips. Management needs to address this issue because they are standing next to you and you are pressured to pay atleast 25%. This is not right.

- AJAS JOct 6, 20251.0Not trained in handling kids, they dont know how to cut kid's hair, she just chopped my son's hair randomly, didnt even make sure it was evenly cut, even when my son was fully cooperating. But before the haircut, she had lots of advices for me on how i should handle my son, dont clap for him, dont dance for him etc (in a rude tone) and stopping me abruptly as i was reassuring my child and trying to calm him and keep him cheerful to make her job easy, she seems to be having problem with everything I did to ensure my son dsnt fuss. The end result was a terribe haircut and i cudnt wait to get my son off her chair. She made no effort to even check after her random cutting to see if the hair strands were poking out. I had to come home and cut off the random strands she left out in multiple places. My son has a weird looking asymmetrical bangs and choppy haircut now. When I was telling her about the haircut that I wanted for my son, she interrupted me saying she will just do a standard 1 inch haircut everywhere as that's what they do for kids. Miss, i didnt want 1 inch everywhere. Let ppl decide what they want. She needs to listen more and talk less. I was so uncomfortable with her I just wanted to leave without haircut and as expected she did a horrible job. I wish I knew her name to mention here. She is not a hairstylist, she is rude and have no skills. Jocelyn and others are skilled and very friendly tho. I would definitely avoid this lady next time.
