I went here because I had a gift card from my birthday. I had Nancy and despite some negative reviews I read, I had a pleasant experience! There was a new employee shadowing her and I was chatting mainly with them during my pedicure. Otherwise, I just spent time reading while I was there. I got $50 pedicure package and got gel for an additional $10. I have some pretty tiny toenails. Nancy commented that they were cut unevenly and too short. I’ve noticed now that some polish might be on my cuticle so I’m interested to see if this holds up long term!

These are the two designs done by her and she is outstanding! Nails are not too thick and they grow out perfect. Highly recommend her and Nancy!
- WKWyatt KJun 13, 20251.0Based off the reviews, I’m assuming the woman who just did my pedicure was Nancy, she was miserable the second she saw me when me and my friend walked in for our appt. Made comments about my toe nails and other products, whatever. My issue was the general air of misery surrounding her, the pretty obvious negative speaking while gesturing at my feet, and the coworker who opted to stand behind her and stare at her working on my feet. This was my third time here, always a decent pedicure. Never had this woman before and now that I have I will not be returning, the otherwise average pedicure is definitely not worth the price or feeling inconvenienced asking a woman to….do her job.
