  Sylvana and Michelle are terrific. Scheduling is very flexible and the process is very organized. I feel well cared for and always leave with a smile. Sylvana is always available to assist with any questions and scheduling requests.

  Dr Gavin was recommended as a specialist in BHRT by a compounding pharmacy in Philadelphia. I was able to schedule an appointment with her staff member over the phone. The payment portal was not functioning so my details were taken over the phone. My appointment was scheduled after I submitted intake forms and 2 sets of very extensive tests - which was the reason for contacting Dr. Gavin. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with a 10 minute consultation on the phone - not zoom, where I was told that my age was a factor which disqualified me for the treatment, not the results of my tests. This information was evident before the consultation and any other functional medicine or holistic healthcare suggestions would have exhibited a caring demeanor for the patient. That said, I should have investigated her credentials more thoroughly so that I would have been prepared for the very shocking advice of "good luck". Response from the owner 3 weeks ago Deidre, my primary responsibility as a physician is to do no harm. The treatment you were requesting is 100% contraindicated in your case. I am sorry this was a disappointment for you, but I will not take your money for treatments that put you at high risk of severe complications. We apologize for any technical problems you encountered. We wish you the best! This is not the explanation I understood from your 10 minute phone consultation. It was your manner that was a disappointment. You said my age was the reason BHRT was contraindicated, not the results of the extensive tests results sent to you. In any case you knew my age before the consultation and could have easily refused the consultation with that knowledge or referred me to another specialist since the treatment in my case posed an ethical dilemna for you.
