Every person I encountered was extremely kind, patient, and informative, which I greatly appreciated—especially because I have anxiety, particularly when trying new things. Viola did a wonderful job with my massage and took the time to teach me things along the way, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. Molly, who did my manicure and pedicure, has such a sweet and kind personality that helped me feel completely relaxed. Sara, who did my facial, was extremely informative, which I truly appreciated since I am working on improving my skin and daily habits. My face looked and felt fantastic afterward. The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and even checked on me a couple of times to see if I needed water or anything else. Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience. I felt relaxed, cared for, and comfortable throughout my visit, and I will definitely be back.
