The piercer, Mehwish, demonstrated a high level of skill and precision, and I really appreciated how thorough she was with cleanliness and safety protocols. She also gave clear aftercare instructions and made sure we felt confident before leaving. The other two staff members were super friendly as well. Their positive comments made sharing the whole experience with my niece even more special. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and welcoming place for piercings. - NLnan leiMar 22, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. We arrived only 2 minutes late, and before that we had called and were told that if we were 5 minutes late, we would have to reschedule. When we got there, they said they could only take one person, which we agreed to. However, they then came back and said they wouldn’t take us at all. If they didn’t want to accept us, they should have been clear from the beginning instead of making us wait and then changing their decision. Very unprofessional.
