  I just had the most amazing makeup lesson with Jasmine at the Ardmore Sephora. The service was world class, her expertise was flawless, and Jasmine went above & beyond all of my expectations that I had when I booked this. I can’t say enough good things or even put it into words!! I’m not normally a makeup person, but Jasmine inspired the confidence in me to learn it and own it! She is such a master of her craft. Thank you Jasmine and thank you Ardmore Sephora!

  To the Store Manager, I am writing to share the wonderful experience my friend Doug and I had at your location tonight, December 22nd. We stopped in to find gifts for my daughters, and I cannot say enough good things about the service we received from Brooke and Heaven. Brooke was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived. She navigated us through various gift options with expert suggestions and truly went above and beyond by offering to take a photo of us to capture the holiday shopping moment. Heaven was equally wonderful—sweet, kind, and very professional. I was particularly impressed by her integrity; she made sure to ask who had assisted us to ensure her teammate received the proper credit. It is rare to find such high-quality service and genuine teamwork these days. These two young ladies are an absolute asset to your store, and their hard work and impressive attitudes did not go unnoticed. I kindly ask that you please acknowledge Brooke and Heaven for their outstanding performance. They turned a simple shopping trip into a memorable experience, and they deserve to be recognized for their excellence all due to my friend Doug’s recommendation.

  So I returned a few Items and one of my items that I decided not to return was never given back to me. I attempted to call the store after closing to attempt to retrieve my items back the next day. A girl picks up the phone and when I explained to her what was going on she is rushing me off the phone because they were closed and she didn’t want to be bothered. I kept asking to speak to a manager because she trying to write my information down and Im explaining to her I would like to speak to the closing manager now so I can be sure number 1 that my items were located so that I could pick up next day. So for the 3rd time I asked her nicely can I speak to her manger please and with a nasty tone she tells me to hold on puts me on hold and no one ever comes back to the phone. This is not my first poor encounter at this location. I was on hold for 45 minutes and no one ever came back to the phone. How disappointing and frustrating. 40 dollar Item could be down the drain because of poor customer service.

  This was my first time coming in the store and literally more than seven people asked me do I need help in less than one minute. There was even people that kept going over to where I was and I can tell they was looking at me. And the crazy part is I make a lot of money and have good credit.I felt like they only judge me because the color of my skin. I’m a beautiful woman as well, and the fact that they even judge me and think that I was stealing.I would suggest no one of color to go to this store.They’re gonna make you feel very uncomfortable. They even use our own to treat you like crap. If your a person of color don’t go to this store, they’ll treat you like a thief.
