  Niyah and Shaw were amazing! They treated my daughter and my niece like a princess. They were scared but the Rowan team in Ardmore made them feel comfortable. This is the only place I suggest getting ear piercings. Good vibes and even greater service!

  I went in to Rowan looking to purchase new jewelry for piercings I've had over 10 years. It took several minutes for anyone to greet me and then I was asking about the gauge of the jewelry and the employees seemed to have very little knowledge of piercings in general. They told me all of their piercings are 18g (but the website says device piercings are 20g). I guessed that my needle piercings were likely 16g and asked if she thought my cartilage from a traditional gun was probably 20g. The employee just said "I have no idea," and walked away. This is the only place within 10 miles that sells high-quality jewelry (at a decently high price point, too) which could be a huge source of profit for them. I left without buying anything. I feel like piercers should be able to look at jewelry and tell which gauge it is and be educated enough to explain to customers that their jewelry isn't compatible with most piercings from other places. One of the pieces I wanted to replace was a tragus and she told me they don't know how to do those. I'm not sure why that's relevant to a jewelry change but again, no where does it say on their website that they aren't trained to do all piercings listed. I got the vibe that everyone there was fairly new. This could have been a pleasant 30 second interaction but instead was a giant waste of 30 minutes.

  i went here today & got 2 helix piercings and i love them so much. the nurse who pierced my ears was so nice & did it wish such cleanliness. everything was really quick & efficient; the space was also so cute in the inside! i couldn't have asked for a better piercing experience!!

  So I have a piercing (that’s over 10+ yrs old) that is infected and went for a little professional advice on what to do or if there was an option to get some help with the removal of the earring. There was no one up front when I entered the store. A woman came from the back, on the phone, greeted me. Didn’t really ask if I needed up until I actually asked if I could show her my ear and so forth. The lady Literally kept the phone to her ear the ENTIRE TIME we spoke. She barely looked at my ear and basically said they don’t touch any outside jewelry and maybe I need a longer bar. I ask if she had any jewelry recommendations from the store that I can purchase, and nothing… she had No advice, was No help and was Not personal-able nor cared about what I was asking one bit. Would NEVER go back or recommend anyone else.

  Went in as a walk in and was very well taken care of. First time parents welcomed! Took my 4 month old daughter to get her ears pierced and Cortni was amazing and did a fenomenal job.she walked my wife and I through the process. Everything went smooth and our baby girl did so well thanks to the dedication that nurse Cortni provided. We drove all the way from Delaware and was not disappointed. My wife also took advantage and got one piercing done as well and Nurse Rosie also did an amazing job. All and all this was a very productive and smooth experience for us. Thank you guys so much for that will definitely recommend!
