Katie was amazing! Stopped in for a quick dusting and blowout, she took me right in. Came for the convenience but the service was great, fast and pleasant.

Horrible service. Had scheduled appointment, ignored, 5 other people walked in and were served immediately. Awful place.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have always come to this location for a blow out. Sometimes it difficult to get to my salon and in a pinch this was my go to. The woman who did my hair burned my scalp blow drying than changed me 75$ for a blow out, I even brought my own shampoo and products. I have a Brazilian blow dry so I’d rather use my own shampoo and conditioner and styling spray. Literally I got a blow dry with my own products she burned my scalp and charged me $75. Don’t ever go to this place.

Anna was absolutely lovely. Lively, sweet and so professional. She was very careful not to cut my hair too short - a girl’s nightmare! - and gave me a great cut. Highly recommend!!

I had scheduled an appt for a haircut. After specifically explaining my hair cut needs and verifying with visual pictures during my appt to reshape my grown out pixie cut (which i was trying to continue to grow out), the hair cutter proceeded to tell me my hair on top was "messy", "needs reshaping", "I will only trim the ends". Proceeded to take over two inches of hair from all around my head. I was specifically only in to reshape my growing side burns and mullet. After dealing with the aftermath I decided to buy some shampoo and conditioner. The entire column of the shelves where labeled 50% off (many products where found on that shelf). When I proceeded to check out and clarify the price she acknowledged the 50% off but claimed she didnt know how to mark that down and could only give me $10 a $70 worth products. Very unhappy because she should have honored that price as it was clearly stated on ALL of the signage.... I hesitantly agreed to the $10 off and educated the stylist on best practice when you have misinformation posted. I then went to cash out. I was very upset at this point and didnt even want to leave a tip at all. I however work in retail myself and do have sympathy for others in the field, so I mustered up the 20% gracious tip for a service i hardly agreed to. I clicked 20% tip. (Which didnt show anywhere on the card reader how much that would even come out to) VERY SHADY. It wasnt until my recipt printed i realized I had got scammed into tipping $23.50 on a $35 haircut. (It INCLUDED THE PRODUCTS).
I Tryed to explain the obvious mistake to her. But the now excited stylest proceeded to her next client. Overall what should have been a 10 minute trim turned into a unhappy interaction that could have been avoid with proper training.
