- AAAngMar 26, 20245.0I went to JCPenney as a walk in a few years ago, and Judy Stine was free to cut my hair. I’ve never really had a set person I could go to for haircuts, as they were so far and few between. When I did get it cut, I was never happy. Judy however, does an amazing job. She has cut my hair four times now and each time she has done exactly what I’ve asked. I have finally found someone I know will do an amazing job. My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner. Every time I call in to schedule an appointment, the staff is always so nice and accommodating. I would recommend anyone to come here. Thank you all for the great experience each time I come.
