I wanted the same long layers as my current cut with 3 inches off the length. I left with 6+ inches off the length and very short layers. This is unacceptable because I repeated my request to the stylist multiple times. I could tell she didn’t like what I was asking for and instead of using my current style as a guide, she did what she wanted and gave me the opposite of my request. I hate it and it will take me a long time to grow out. Even if I receive a refund it won’t make up for the time that it will take to grow my hair out to the style I prefer. It is very upsetting.

I tried barber shops, expensive salons, until I accidentally stopped by this place. Last 4 years I’ve been getting haircuts in this specific place from Dawn and Lacey and both of them are incredible. They also give good recommendations on styling and hair loss products. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Nice selection of music is another unexpected bonus!
