  I got my makeup done by Hayley and it was the best! Hayley is so nice and extremely skilled. I came in with an inspo pic and told her the general vibe I was going for and she understood exactly what I wanted! She came up with a look even better than I could've imagined. After getting my makeup done I left with so many new products including some freebies and I just couldn't be happier with the experience. As for longevity, the makeup truly lasted all night. I didn't want to take it off because it still looked so perfect even after 8 hours of wear. Thank you for providing this memorable service!

  Went in Tuesday morning looking to find brow pencil. Mine are almost gone now and saleswoman quickly found a perfect match and helped me apply it. And a matching gel. Thank you.

  I am over 50 and was really needing help refreshing my makeup as some of the products/colors I had been using through my 30s and 40s just weren’t working anymore. When I went in for the first time to this MAC store, Dakota helped me and recommended a fabulous lipstick color that I would never have picked out on my own. I get tons of compliments on it! She is so knowledgeable about the products and excels at knowing which products will look best on you and helping you try new things. Dakota is now my go-to for any make up needs and I highly recommend her and this particular store for yours!

  Rude staff!!! Second time ordering from here. First one was in person. This time I ordered online (same day delivery) a rather sizable order for my upcoming travel. The free sample was missing. It is not about the sample itself. It was a convenient travel size option for me. When I called them they said come and get the missing item from the store. If I had time to go to the store, why would I pay extra for same day delivery. On top of that the person on the phone was extremely rude.

  Stopped by to get a moisturizing lipstick. I like the lipstick quality which is amazing and color is super cute. The person assisted was professional. So I made appointment to come back to try their eye makeup and foundation. They send me a reminder for my appointment at 4 pm (I notified the schedule that I can be their 5-10 minutes after 4). I went to my appointment which was wast of time. The appointment was interrupted so may times with the make up artist leaving me waiting. The eyes makeup made me looks sad, old, pale, grey. I didn’t want anyone to see me in it. I removed the eye makeup before leaving their store. Their makeup products are amazing and I love my lipstick and foundation. But Customer service is bad.
