  Love the product which honestly saved this experience. Walked in with my daughter and on every other occasion, we got a greeting, help with finding products and explanations of products and yet this time the 2 associates couldn't help themselves to ignore everyone in the store. Even as we walked up, they sat there on their phones until we got to the register. This is sad as I really like Lush and how helpful the staff have been. Maybe they need a refresher on what even basic customer service is and should be. 2.23.26

  Isaac! He's a super star! I came in a couple of times during the holidays to pick up gifts for a couple of BFF's and for myself. Well, where to begin..... Isaac kind of took me under his wing and first of all educated me about a face cream I've been using for years, Gorgeous. I told him that my most recent purchase of it didn't smell or feel the same. He told me there's an OG Gorgeous and that's what I'd been used to buying. The smell and feel is completely different from the new recipe. He told me I could swap it out so I did that today. He also introduced me to karma kream and that's something I cannot live without now it's so yummy! I want to express my sincere appreciation for Isaac's help and assistance. Lush is so lucky to have him on their staff. He's a really good salesperson too but not in a pushy way. I can't say enough good things about him. Thank you Isaac I hope to see you again soon when I'm at your store!
