I returned later that same day. When I told the one lady manning the store my experience earlier that day, and her response was “things happen”. No apology or words of regret. I was very disappointed with her response. This is a poor reflection in Great Clips.

She takes great care in styling and cutting, is friendly and easy going, and makes ys feel welcomed. There's no other place we'd rather go when it's time for a haircut.

- WBWhitney BJan 24, 20261.0We went to this location because a coupon was advertised and we wanted to get our kids in for haircuts sooner rather than waiting for our usual barber. One stylist was friendly, but the haircuts were not done well. Both of our children had uneven bangs, and one child’s haircut was especially poor — the back stuck up, the cowlick was not addressed, and the cut was uneven. We had to take both children to another barber to have their hair fixed. At checkout, we were told the coupon had to be claimed by entering our information and waiting for an email with a coupon code. The email was not sent immediately. We waited over an hour, checking repeatedly, but it never arrived. We eventually paid full price, and the coupon email came through on the drive home. One staff member was friendly, and the other appeared to be having a rough morning. Due to the poor haircuts and customer service, we will not be returning. If you plan to use a coupon, make sure you have it before arriving for your appointment.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
