- APAlyssa Pena2 days ago1.0Sara (with the little bears on her name tag and bright pink hair) has the worst customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering at this Sephora. Largely unimpressive on a good day, she takes the cake with her “what do you want” attitude and a “don't bother me” face. I first noticed the dirty look she gave the couple that paid before me, but I tried to ignore it given it was a new interaction. Nope. Bitter, contemptuous and passive at best, I would be too, stuck at a dead-end minimum wage job. If you hate your employment so much, consider a line of work outside of customer service. It doesn’t suit you

He asked for help from multiple employees as they just stood around and no one was willing to actually help him. He was treated as an inconvenience. It was a really disappointing experience. Here’s hoping Ulta employees are a little more open to doing their jobs.

They were only talking to each other and talking about how much they hate the teen girls that come in. I asked them for an opinion on something and they gave me a quick answer and pointed to a product that was clearly out of stock and walked away. I tried to get their attention to see if they could check the stock below and they couldn’t be bothered to help. Instead of purchasing anything, I made my return and left.
