They were only talking to each other and talking about how much they hate the teen girls that come in. I asked them for an opinion on something and they gave me a quick answer and pointed to a product that was clearly out of stock and walked away. I tried to get their attention to see if they could check the stock below and they couldn’t be bothered to help. Instead of purchasing anything, I made my return and left.

The only thing is when I walk into this Sephora the workers are watching you like a hawk and following you around like you’re a criminal. It makes you take offense like they think you are too poor to be shopping here. Their tone is really rude and you can always see someone watching you where ever you go it doesn’t make a good shopping experience i come here to look at what I want to buy I don’t want to feel rushed by the workers because they are making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome I always leave with nothing because I’m uncomfortable.

The staff here are not welcoming and rarely offer assistance, even when it’s clear that customers need help. It feels uninviting compared to other Sephora stores where associates are more attentive and supportive. I hope management can address this, because better customer service would make a huge difference.
