  Normally I try to avoid Lush employees as they are often overbearing with upselling, suggesting products, forcing conversation etc. Today however, the communication skills of Kira and Elisabeth shined through the north western rain providing me with an authentic, genuine experience I couldn't help but enjoy while it lasted. I get the same product every time, the ingredients have changed a bit since I first discovered it but it will works and I will be trying a sample of something new these ladies have recommended to me. They are very knowledgeable and just pleasant to be around. Thanks Kira & Elisabeth

  Charlie was awesome! Went on Valentine’s Day with my husband. We shopped around, got some recommendations and samples from Charlie, and left happy. She was so sweet and helpful!

  I had a great experience at this location! Robyn was very informative and nice she will go above and beyond to help! They have a great assortment of products to choose from as well.

  Shopping with a friend and she loves Lush products. So, I tried the hand creams and bar shampoo! Love all. Hey, Lush we need you in Eugene! It’s your kinda place!

  KIRAAAAA! My girl! She immediately helped me when I walked in the door & had the most amazing presence. She was so kind, professional, & incredibly helpful. She helped me pick out different products to help me through my pregnancy journey, gave me wonderful conversations, was incredibly supportive offering me a hand massage to also showcase products that help with my sensitive skin. So thankful for the staff at Lush but especially Kira for her gracious energy, kindness, & very informative service. I will definitely be back because I love Lush products but it’s always better shopping with amazing people like Kira & her coworkers here today. I bought a pregnancy massage bar, some bath bombs, & left with samples of things that was suggested to try for self care such as the coffee mask, a mochi mask, & much more. Such an amazing shopping experience. Thank you Kira & Lush!
