We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

I really appreciated that he knew so much about all of the products. I was buying for multiple people and he recommended the perfect products for each person. I was so incredibly grateful. I highly recommend this store, wonderful experience, and I will for sure go back, thanks Trent!
- BBB BOct 9, 20252.0I’ve always had great experiences at this location, but my recent visits left me genuinely disappointed. The first time I came in, I was greeted by a shorter blonde employee who didn’t seem interested in helping. She avoided interaction, walking around and looking at products instead of assisting guests. I decided to give the store another chance, thinking maybe she was just having an off day. Unfortunately, when I returned, she was still working front of house and the experience was no better. I came in excited to try the Climate Change Campaign Massage Bar and asked about a demo, but her attitude made me feel like I wasn’t welcome in the store. I decided to ask her for a product what seemed out, she said she would check but she left and never came back. This was disappointing, especially since this location has usually been amazing in the past. I truly hope management addresses this, because Lush is known for its kindness, inclusivity, and customer care—and that’s exactly why I love shopping here
