Linda is confrontational and was forced to have her as my stylist after she told me some other customer has been using my account without my authorization. Won't ever be coming back to this location after my experience, and if I find out this customer gets added back onto my account I'm done using Great Clips. I'll be telling everyone to check who's listed on their account and not to use Great Clips if it happens again if that person gets added back on my account. I'll be watching my account from now on because of this experience.
