- GJGabriella JohnsonDec 24, 20253.0I went in around 2:15pm on 12/23/25 for a walk in trim appointment. I was paired with Lynda and very quickly put off by her attitude and facial expressions. Her greeting, questions and overall demeanor left MUCH to be desired. I know that this season is really hard for some people and I always try to give grace; but when you make others feel bad for how you’re feeling, it’s not right. When asked what I wanted done, I mentioned how I wanted to take maybe 1.5-2 inches off and add some choppy, prominent layers. I was met with a slightly cold response of “that’s a lot (regarding the amount of hair I wanted cut)”. She began to cut my hair never once asking if the amount she was taking off was good or I wanted less or more which I felt was unusual since this is a question I’ve received from anyone I’ve had cut my hair in the past. She proceeded to cut my entire head for the next 30 minutes with some slight chitchat to break up the silence that was between us. After she was done she asked me what I thought. I truthfully didn’t notice much of a difference at first. I then asked if I could get it a little shorter with the layers being a bit choppier and more prominent. She then completely stopped talking to me and seemed upset and almost irritated at my request. She proceeded to start the process over. Again, never once asking me how much I want off or if the amount she was taking off was appropriate. When she got to a part of my head that I could actually see how much she was cutting; I noticed she was only taking maybe at most 1/2 an inch off. I proceeded to apologize and say that we could actually go a bit shorter as my initial request was to take nearly 2 inches off and we looked like we barely got to 1 inch taken off. She proceeded to again look upset and irritated at my request. I was there for probably another 20 minutes. When we finally concluded and she asked if this length was okay, I wasn’t going to dare say I wanted it any shorter. I’m overall happy with my hair after the cut but do greatly wish that she was nicer/friendlier to not only me, but to her coworkers and clients in which she was rude to both.

Not a long wait (online check-in) and Stephani did my hair. It wasn't done exactly as I wanted it when I left but I did go back today (10/3/25) and asked to have what was missed yesterday fixed. Stephani was there again and expertly fixed what was missed yesterday.
