They have a snotty sign stating that most locations don’t accept coupons and to not abuse their stylists. If you have to put this sign up, it has obviously become a problem. I feel bad for their stylists. We just walked out. Go to any other location.

- JTJennie TaylorSep 26, 20251.0I was with a client who has developmental disabilities who wanted to have a bang trim. Having hair cuts, and getting nails done is one of her favorite things to do. The hairstylist available for her was an older lady with major attitude. You could feel the tension before she sat down, and I was thinking I wonder how this is gonna go. My client was focused on watching her comb her bangs down, and not wanting to keep her head up so that she could trim her bangs. After asking her a few times to keep her head up. She gave up and asked me to hold her head up! What?? Honestly she couldn’t adapt to my client. She wasn’t moving around, it would’ve been so easy for this lady to bend her knees and trim her hair. Frustratingly she cut her bangs in one action- across—— ok.. she didn’t care. Left them with strands longer than others… no texture. Every person that has cut her hair has acclimated to the situation, she could care less.. then insulted her for wearing her shoes on the wrong feet, and expecting a tip for a two second haircut that killed me for my client to pay for. DO NOT bring your loved ones here. Discusting. Also don’t tell me to call your customer service hot line. Just FIRE that lady. It’s obvious from all the other comments SHE is the issue…also I know a lot of people in the community and word is getting out about the deplorable customer service.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
