  I had a fantastic experience at the Chanel boutique in Bridgeport Village. From the moment I walked in, the space itself stood out—beautifully designed, elevated, and exactly what you’d expect from Chanel. Jessica assisted me, and she was exceptional. Knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely warm without ever feeling pushy. She took the time to walk me through their fragrance offerings, including several exclusive scents you simply won’t find at Nordstrom or other retailers. That alone made the visit feel special and worth it. It’s worth noting that this location focuses on fragrance and a curated selection of sunglasses—it’s not a full boutique with handbags or clothing. But what they do carry, they do extremely well, and the experience feels much more personal and refined because of it. Overall, outstanding customer service, a stunning store, and a unique product selection. I’ll absolutely be back—and I’d recommend asking for Jessica if you want a truly top-tier experience.

  Gisselle helped me explore Chanel makeup. I used to work for Sephora, and I never explored Chanel makeup. Great product knowledge and professionalism !

  I visited Chanel just to browse, and the store was absolutely beautiful. We were greeted right away, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Zara assisted me, and she was wonderful. She took her time showing me different options and made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. With her help, I ended up purchasing the pearly body oil it has a gorgeous shimmer and smells amazing! She packaged my item so beautifully and even included a few complimentary samples, which also smell incredible. Thank you, Zara, for such a lovely experience. I will definitely be returning!

  I loved shopping with Alathea who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect products for my needs. The makeup I got from 3 different times, all recommended by her, has worked out beautifully. So happy that there is a standalone boutique in the Portland metro area! It's fun to check out the exclusive products that are not carried in department or beauty stores.

  Jessica C. helped me and she was exceptional! I typically order online but decided to visit to replenish my winter scent (Allure Homme) and Jess showed me all of the other services and products they offer at the boutique! She was knowledgeable and took her time with all of my questions. I live in the city and I'm not one to venture out to the suburbs much (😅), but I'm excited to return to try new scents and skincare. I'll definitely ask for Jess next time I'm in!
