- SSScarlettSep 28, 20241.0Went in for a product and when looking for staff, all three ladies were at the desk talking and ignoring me while I was waving down to ask a question. Finally one turned around and yelled if I needed anything to ask. When I did and said sorry for interrupting she just said “well yes we needed to have our talk” to then let me know products aren’t always up to date online and be better off just ordering online. Went next door to Ulta and got better help and product. Not going into this Sephora again.

I had some questions about primer/setting spray because I have super oily skin and was beginning to feel lost cause nothing I’ve picked up really has worked. I told them that I have a wedding coming up in North Carolina next month and I’d like to stay shine free and one woman got me samples and really went on a hunt for different products that she believed would work for me. Every Sephora I have ever been to has made me feel judged (I don’t wear a full face often so it looks like I am a beginner, I am not) but the way I felt “taken care of” and listened to was really special. I am so sorry I didn’t catch names, but hopefully if they read these reviews they’ll remember me and know that it was probably the best Sephora interaction I’ve ever had. Thank you all!
