- RLRi lynneApr 7, 20261.0I’m a Mexican woman. Every time I walk in this building nobody greets me or informs me on promotions. Anytime anyone else walks in and looks similar to the white ladys in there, they greet them and act of service. Also, the lady kept talking and prioritizing my transaction last so she screamed I had to pay. Due to her not paying attention or paying mind to my time and that the purchase went through. When I walked back I asked for the receipt and she told me she had to print me one first. Very unprofessional and unwelcome. I will still be buying from salon centric due to it being a business but definitely buying online pick up. And definitely speaking UP on these issues.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
