  Jessica did an amazing job! I’d been going back and forth with the idea of getting bangs for a couple years. We looked at a few options and the one we chose looks amazing!

  I had a great experience! Everyone is friendly I worked with Abby and I definitely would recommend she did an awesome job cutting my hair, she highlighted and low-lighted my brassy box dyed hair and turned it into something I love! Everyone here works hard to give their clients the best! I would recommend this place to anyone!

  My 8 year old daughter wanted a special fancy day for her birthday and it was her first haircut. Everyone was really nice and supportive until one person (I don't know if it was a manager or owner) basically said we were ruining the ambiance and people weren't allowed in the back with the person getting services. We spent a lot of money and it was a special day we will not be able to afford again for a long time. I felt crushed since EVERYONE ELSE had been so nice and she was almost done. I know it is a fancy place but all the staff were talking about her since they don't do kids often and treated it as an unusual circumstance that could bend the rules. Except the one person who ruined it. My daughter loves her hair but I spent way too much money to have such a special day ruined.

  Yessi did a fabulous job. She did a wonderful job explaining how to care for hair and I should expect from the service that day. I was blown away with the results! I’ll be returning to her in June.

  I live an hour and a half away from the salon. I booked online on the promotion for curly hair. I showed up A day early I mixed up my appointments. Everyone that I spoke with at the salon were wonderful They made it work another stylist. I forget his name is not part of that promotion he took it upon himself and cut my hair, which was wonderful for him to do. He was very, Upbeat his personality was wonderful. I appreciated him stepping in to help. my appointment Ali. Who my appointment was with came and finished my hair for me she did a great style for me. I will recommend your salon to everyone. I know people that live in Salem a good friend of mine. I told her how friendly and accommodating you guys were to me. I was more than happy thank you very much for making my day.
