    Extremely rude and unhelpful staff, especially Danielle. I will not be returning and I urge others to go to the Lake Oswego location. Much friendlier!!

    Not only was the woman working the register rude, she went on to insult myself and my school 3 times. " They don't teach the color wheel in school anymore?" "When I went to school they taught us the color wheel" "I don't know the new laws maybe they don't require it anymore" These are the things she said to me when I asked a question about my purchase, verbatim. (Knowing darn well they teach the color wheel, really?) Snarky. When I went to school and mentioned this incident, 3 others spoke up about unprofessional behavior from same employee. For shame, I'm a student, thanks for the help, I will not be returning. You're just bad for business, good luck with that

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
