- NGNancy Torres GarciaOct 23, 20251.0Customer service was great, both stylist that attended my children were friendly, and talked to them while on their chair, the cut however were not the best, the boys cut were left with longer hair in different places, the line up all around was not what i asked for, i didn't want to over step but i did let her know to do it squared she went ahead and rounded it, my girls cut was a little better but her stylist did not quite do what I asked, I've been going to great clips for a while and this location is just a lot closer to home, thought id give it a try, I understand they dont like to be told 'how to do their job' but they do ask us how we want the cut to be and its dissapointing when they do something completely different.
