I went in with 4 inch roots and was in desperate need of new color. I left with perfectly highlighted hair. Then I talked to Carol about my thinning hair issues. I wasn't looking for long hair, but rather more volume. She recommended two different types of hair extensions for my baby fine, thin hair. Having never had extensions, I was afraid of this process. I shouldn't have worried! My hair turned out beautifully and I barely know that the extensions are even in my hair. I wish I had discovered Carol decades ago! I'm including the photos of my hair after the highlights were done and then the photo once the extensions were added. The extensions made a huge difference.
