  Just recently found this spot, Kevin is my fav. My first time almost falling asleep in a massage, exactly what I needed. Everyone prioritizes comfort and friendliness, it’s clean and so relaxing. Highly recommend.

  I have been getting regular massage for 12 years and feel very fortunate to have connected with Lucas as my therapist. He is highly knowledgeable, trained and always makes me feel comfortable. Lucas provides a luxury experience and real connection to what my needs are. Highly recommend!

  Unfortunately my experience changed dramatically over time with this place.. the therapists are sweet and talented, but the management is NOT. Twice in a row the therapist I booked with was swapped out for someone I didn’t know and I’d been recommended to the original therapist by management themselves due to my back conditions. Then when I declined the second time they acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me…even though I didn’t get that massage and explained on the spot why I was declining. Then the “upper” management acted like a free 30 minute massage offer would make up for the 2 80 minute sessions they messed up on where I drove there etc for nothing. No apology no accountability. They blamed their own computer system and just said “this has been happening “… umm WHAT? Pretty atmosphere, nice therapists..unprofessional management and business practices. My whole family stopped going because they couldn’t confirm that booking online or even by phone would guarantee you the therapist you’d scheduled with. Nope 👎🏼

  Don't give this place your money. I tried to cancel a membership and they billed me anyway, and now won't give me a refund. They claim I didn't give proper notice, but I have cancelled and changed memberships in the past here without any issue, and with no notice. Yet this time, after I cancelled, their front-desk people claimed they "weren't authorized" to cancel, and then they charged my credit card anyway. To be fair, I've gotten some decent massages here, but have had to be selective in who I see. There are just two guys I'd regularly get massages from because the rest gave bad massages. Really bad. Everyone's nice and all, but it seems like a mill for new or inexperienced therapists, so you're rolling the dice if you don't know who you're seeing. And what they (the management) don't tell you until you go to book is that they up-charge you for harder massage pressure or other things that massage therapists just do anyway; otherwise it's only "light or medium" pressure. Most massage therapists just ask you if the pressure's okay; they don't ask you for more money if you say you want more. Things were fine here for a while and I had a couple guys here I liked, who are doing fine work, so it's a shame to go like this, but their management's scammy behavior around my membership cancellation means I won't be going back. They're just a bit cheaper than many one-off LMTs, but there's a reason for that. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

  Belle is a medicine woman!! Wow, she is the most outstanding massage therapist. She really listens to your concerns and walks through a plan of action before the massage begins, always ready to adjust to the client’s needs. I have had a NOW membership for 6+ years and Belle is one the best therapists I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She is a natural healer - you can feel it through her touch! You won’t be sorry!
