I mentioned that I have acne-prone skin, and they immediately knew that Ilia products would work well for me and even color matched my skin perfectly. While I was looking for lip products, Jer came over and recommended the Eadem glossy tinted lip balm for my dry lips, which was exactly what I was looking for. Both of them were friendly, knowledgeable, and made my shopping experience feel really personalized!

Robbie saved me when she saw me buying the Urban Decay setting spray—she warned me their classic formula recently changed, which I have been relying on for years and had no idea had changed. She recommended the Charlotte Tilbury instead which I have been OBSESSED with and I think I like even more than the original Urban Decay!! Thank you so much!
