Can I use the spa facilities without getting a treatment?
We invite clients to enjoy our spa facilities for up to one hour before their scheduled treatment. Our amenities include a hot soaking pool, a UV-light sanitized cool dip pool, a steam room, and a heated pebble beach UV light room for your relaxation and wellness.
What is the cancellation policy?
For individual appointments, we require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Groups of 4 or more must provide 48 hours' notice. If you don't notify us within these timeframes, you may be charged the full treatment fee.
Do we offer payment plans for expensive procedures?
We've partnered with Cherry to provide convenient "Treat Now - Pay Later" options. You can apply in seconds without affecting your credit score and establish monthly payment plans that align with your financial needs.
How long is the spa/grotto access pass for?
Our spa and grotto access pass allows you to enjoy our facilities for one hour.

We offer several exclusive membership programs including Wrinkle Reducers & Advanced Skin Care Memberships, as well as Nurture Wellness & Spa Memberships designed for clients seeking regular maintenance and relaxation experiences.
