  The neighborhood has gone downhill. This was once a great place to shop. Now it’s dirty. Staff was not at all friendly.

  so unbelievably helpful and kind! the people who work here were nothing but polite, informative, and willing to answer any and all questions i had. when i mentioned a concern for a potential allergen, they immediately ensured i was well informed on all the ingredients of my would-be purchase. they never made me feel rushed, they allowed me to try out the products before purchase, and were patient with me when i had trouble deciding how much of a product i wanted. it has been a while since i've been in a lush store, but this visit alone will ensure my return. i could not recommend this location more!!!

  Posting as a concerned shopper. Visited the store a few days ago to buy several things. While shopping we witnessed a woman over spraying combing and washing her hair in the products and partially bathing in the sink. The store staff were encouraging to this woman, while she took ahold of hair samples openly using large amounts of them directly on her body. This woman was not there to purchase anything, rather take a bath and clean her hair in lush products. With several people wearing their face masks, they too avoided her and left without buying due to the lack of cleanliness this caused for shoppers. In the past I have used sampling tools to try a small amount of any product, this was not offered to the woman or encouraged. This was a terrible experience for anyone trying to shop and purchase anything. No one was able to look at the entire wall of hair products because the woman was cleaning her hair. The staff did not direct this woman to buy anything because they claimed they knew her and wanted to “support a local woman who needed extra”. I would highly advise not to try any of their samples and review any products before purchasing, cleanliness is not top of mind here. When I heard another customer report this woman stealing, she was dismissed by the staff, saying they know this woman and it’s okay. There was definitely a kind way to handle this woman so that all people felt safe and comfortable shopping and sharing samples. For fear of contamination, I bought nothing. Several customers left after witnessing. I’m all for charity, but this was too much. I never thought stealing and loitering was okay. Will not return.

  was just in to pick up a late anniversary gift and not only did they have exactly what I’ve been looking for, the 2 associates Chloe and Maricela were so kind and sweet. Can’t wait to bring my partner back here.

  I want to give a shout out Orion and Marisela for how they went way above and beyond what was expected yesterday as I took my partner with me into the store to pick up some much loved lip oil that was only being sold during Valentine’s Day. You see, we have been together for a while but things got rough and we had a rough patch and we decided to take a break but still date. She bought me cherry bubblegum lip gloss during Valentine’s Day, and there was a lot of meaning for us both if we had a chance to see if they had more. Orion sprang to the rescue and made sure there were still supplies left. Marisela played perfect backup and suggested their cherry sugar based lip product as well, as they complement each other nicely. My partner and I were having a date that evening and to pick up this and to get that great service was well, the cherry on top. But that’s not where it ended. They gave us wonderful extra samples of things and took extra time to train us and educate us on some new and exciting products they had and we didn’t feel like we were being pushed at the same time. It was full on respectful, generous and thoughtful. That means a lot. Thank you Marisela and Orion for going out of your way.
