My son hasn’t cut his hair in 2 1/2 years because he was growing it out so he could donate it to children with cancer. We went into this location today, with photos of what we were looking for. Mind you, we are talking a 14 year old boy here who is cutting off about 2 feet of hair. The woman who cut his hair, started to shave his head very close (after cutting off the initial ponytail) , which was NOT at all what we had shown her or requested. Then it started looking jagged. We told her just to stop after it looked like he lost a fight to a weedwacker. She had no real response but let me fix it, by buzzing it off. NO THANK YOU! We had to take our teenager who was traumatized to a barber, pay a substantial amount of money to correct the hack job. He felt she had violated his trust by this betrayal of trust in hair stylists. Do NOT go here if you like having hair on your head. You know what, tell people you don’t like to go here.

Wanted long bangs to frame my face and I got these odd shaped short bangs. Messaging people about making it right in the comments is hilarious because my hair is ruined and I don't see ya all paying for my extensions either.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
